My Small Group Yoga and Wellness Classes offer tools for healthy living so that individuals can create and experience optimal health and well-being for themselves. I offer general and condition-specific classes for mental health, pain management, orthopedic issues, neurological disorders, sleeping problems and more, although you don’t need to be unfit or ill to benefit. I offer classes for adults and classes for teens, and all classes are both for experienced practitioners and those new to yoga.

I also offer bookings for private small group (4 max) yoga classes if you like to enjoy a personal group class.

NEW WELLNESS PROGRAM FOR TEENS

Yoga for Stress
Teen Wellness Program
April 1st – April 29th

JOIN US FOR A YOGA THERAPY SERIES TO MANAGE STRESS AND IMPROVE MENTAL CLARITY AS YOU PREPARE FOR FINAL EXAMS.

Studies show that yoga programs may reduce symptoms of anxiety or depression in adolescents and it can offer benefits for mental health, mood and academic performance. Other benefits have been achieving better sleep, improving resilience and relieving neck and back pain.

In this 5-Class Yoga for Stress series, you will be guided through yoga poses and movement to relieve body tension and improve strength, learn breathwork and other techniques to help manage stress and anxiety, and be guided through a mindfulness meditation to improve mental clarity and refresh the mind.

Class size will be limited to 6 students to promote a personalized atmosphere and no yoga experience is required.

**Late enrollment will be permitted in order to start the series on 4/8 at a prorated cost. When you book, the calendar shows the 4/8 date only. Once you are enrolled, you will receive confirmation for the entire program series. Call 206-388-8024 for additional assistance to enroll.

Due to the small capacity of the yoga classes, registration is required in advance. Registration will close 24 hours prior to the class starting. If it’s your first time to class, please complete the forms located here: CLIENT INFORMATION AND RELEASE FORMS or arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete and sign forms onsite.
