WHAT OTHER TEACHERS SAY:

“Working with Julie is like having those aha moments. She’s an amazing teacher, guide coach and mentor. She listens, investigates and gathers information about what you are seeking to accomplish. Then, she puts together a plan to implement change at the pace which you are willing to work, amending content and pace as necessary and ultimately guiding you to achieve the things that mean the most in and for your life, on and off the mat.”
-Les Leventhal

“Julie’s classes are a creative and effective blend of yoga and therapy informed by her training and her years of experience working with patients and students dealing with a wide range of health issues. Small and sometimes quirky adjustments to poses, a different way of using a prop, focusing on targeted and seemingly unrelated areas to create new openings in your mind and your body..this is what makes the difference. She will do things have never done in a yoga class before and sequence traditional poses in effective and unusual ways.”
-Carolyn Volk

“You have such a nurturing and gentle way about you. I am truly grateful for your example and the love you give every day. This training is transforming me, my life and my future in wonderfully exciting ways and I am learning so much about the kind of teacher I want to be through your example. Thank you for all your effort and everything you are doing for us to grow into teachers with integrity and grace.”
-Jamie
